Click on the dropdown menu to select a phone number to receive an 8-digit verification code.

The list of numbers available will show on the top of the screen. Select one.

Want to receive via text message?

Click Send me a text message.

Want to receive via phone call?

Click Call my phone.

Step 5.

Create a User ID and Password, then click Register.

Step 6.

Read and review the “New Security Features” section.

Click Continue.

Step 7.

Set up 3 security questions and answers. You MUST set up all 3 security questions to continue.

Click Continue.

NOTE

Step 8.

Read and review the “Bank of Hope Mobile Banking Agreement”.

Mark the check box and click I accept the terms of this agreement.

How to Make a Mobile Check Deposit

Step 1.

Select the hamburger icon on the top right corner to view menu.

Then, select Deposit a Check.

Make sure your phone settings allow Bank of Hope mobile app to access your camera.

NOTE: Mobile deposits can only be done within the mobile app. (i.e. not from mobile browsers)

Step 2.

Select the account you want to make the check deposit to.

You will see a list of accounts by tapping the drop-down menu.

Step 3.

Once the account is selected, type in the EXACT check amount.*

Under “Front of Check Image”, select Click Here to Take Picture.

*If the actual check amount differs from the amount entered,the mobile deposit will be rejected.

Once the camera focus captures the details of the check, snap a picture by touching the screen within the green lines.

Step 5.

Users will then be taken to the previous screen with the image shown under “Front of Check Image”.

Now, select Click Here to Take Picture under “Back of Check Image”.

Step 6.

Repeat Step 4 to take an image of back of the check.

Before taking a photo, make sure to endorse the back of the check.

Once both front and back images are displayed on the screen, click Make Deposit.

Step 7.

Your check has been deposited!

You can check the status of mobile deposits by clicking on View Mobile Deposit History.

How to Enroll in Fingerprint and/or Face Recognition

Select hamburger icon to view menu. Then, select Profile and Profile Updates.

NOTE: Make sure your phone settings allow biometrics login.

Select Biometric Enrollment.

Step 3.

Fill in Biometric Enrollment form fields.

Click Enroll.

Step 4.
Congratulations! You’ve successfully enrolled in biometric authentication.

Your Device Name will faintly show and there will be a notice on the top of your screen to confirm your enrollment.

DO NOT click the Unenroll button.

Close and restart the app to begin using biometric authentication to login.

NOTE: If you change your password, you must re-enroll for biometrics (fingerprint, face, etc.). Please start from Step 1 to re-enroll.

To remove your biometrics from Bank of Hope personal mobile banking app, click Unenroll.

How to Enroll in e-Statements

Step 1.

Click on the hamburger icon at the top right to view menu.

Select Accounts, then eStatement Enrollment.

Step 2.

Read and review the “Bank of Hope Electronic Statement Disclosure”.

Step 3.

Select the accounts you want to enroll in e-Statements for.

If check box for each account is not shown, scroll to the right.
Select Mark all eStatement if you want to enroll for all accounts.

Click Save.

Step 4.

Check the box and click HERE to view your confirmation code.

Confirmation code will be shown on a PDF file. Enter the code into the blank field.

Click Accept.

NOTE: Your device should have a PDF viewer installed to view e-Statements. Depending on which device you use, location of the downloaded PDF file varies. Please check your phone settings/directories to properly locate PDF files.
